Well, You Found the Blog
If you’ve landed here, welcome. You found the right place—and trust me, you’re going to want to stick around. Whether that was intentional or the result of several questionable clicks on the internet, I’m glad you’re here.
I should probably begin with a couple of apologies.
First, the content of this blog may occasionally be a little... lacking.
One day I might sit down and become the sort of responsible author who regularly creates thoughtful, insightful blog content. You should absolutely read might as probably won’t very often.
Second, I apologize for anything questionable you encounter elsewhere on this website.
I’m selling books. I’m not building websites.
There is a difference, and Squarespace has made absolutely certain I understand that.
That said, after years of dropping random lines of dialogue into whichever device happened to be closest, losing sleep over plot twists, wearing out the delete key, and probably adding a few more white hairs to the collection, I somehow ended up writing an actual novel. I’m proud to say my debut novel, Crimson Redemption, is officially on its way into the world.
It has grit. It has betrayal, legacy, cool vehicles, bad decisions, dangerous people, and a protagonist who’s been to hell and back, sometimes on foot.
Crimson Redemption is the kind of story that grabs you by the collar, mutters, “Trust me,” and drags you straight into the fire.
But more than anything, it has heart.
And the best part is, it’s only the beginning.
Because while Crimson Redemption marks the first official chapter of this journey, I’m already knee-deep in the second book in the series—and let’s just say, Mac Elmore’s world is only getting more dangerous, more layered, and a hell of a lot more personal.
Expect secrets. Consequences. Some truly unhinged moments. And maybe—just maybe—a few second chances that don’t end in disaster. No promises on that last one.
As for this blog, I have no grand editorial calendar. No carefully planned weekly themes. No color-coded spreadsheet telling me what I’m supposed to write about every Thursday at 9:00 a.m.
What you’ll probably find here is whatever happens to wander through my head and I finally add to the blog.
Book news. Behind-the-scenes nonsense. Things I learned while researching something no normal person would ever need to know. (Fun fact, if you’re actually reading this: I’m pretty fastidious about the details. Might be the AD/HD sending my brain down rabbit holes, but most of what you read in my stories, from locations and vehicles to weapons, technology, and assorted other oddities, is real or at least real-adjacent. I like making things up. I just prefer knowing exactly where reality ends before I do it.) Occasional glimpses into the world of Mac Elmore and the Sentinels of Veritas. Possibly some completely unrelated observations about the absurdity of everyday life.
Basically, the same collection of random thoughts that got me into this mess in the first place.
So stick around.
I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing with this blog.
Which, now that I think about it, is pretty much how the books started too.
